My Brussels, Belgium

Bonjour Tout le Monde,

I hope this post finds you all well. It has certainly been quite some time since I had last written a blog post. To be quite honest, I haven't really been taking a lot of pictures. I guess you could say that I have been trying to get accustomed to my 'new' home. Brussels is quite an interesting place and not necessarily the first place someone would think of when deciding to study abroad, but I can say that it is certainly home now. I have had the opportunity to meet numerous Belgians and I am humbled by the experience. They say that it is hard to make friends with the natives but that wasn't the case here. I have met people who I consider lifelong friends and I am thankful to have them in my life.

I now feel comfortable taking public transport everywhere and talking with students in various universities all over Brussels. I had the opportunity to present to some students at KU-Leuven and it was great. Leuven is a small town and it is quite quaint. I absolutely fell and in love. I would have to say that it is my favourite city. Overall, Brussels is now home and I am sad that my experience here will soon be over.

Overall, I hope that you all have been well once more and I apologize for the lack of posts. I am on Easter Break and have a lot of amazing ideas so certainly be on the lookout for new posts.

With Love,

Blessing
